About Me

My day job is as a medical transcriptionist, but my true loves are gardening and jewelry design. I have less than a year til retirement & am so excited about it. Then I'll have time to play in the dirt & play with my beads.

I live on 10 acres outside of Chattanooga, TN, married to a wonderful honey-do for 42 years & have gardened using traditional row method for 40+ years. I've use wide bed planting for a lot of crops, but I'm tired of tilling & weeding & I'm switching over to SFG for most of my garden this year.

I'm mainly interested in Heirloom tomatoes, hot & sweet peppers, cukes, raspberries, blackberries.
