As I type this - my 9 tomato plants are ALL still green(?) my freshly harvested corn from 4-1-09 is not yet ripe. eww...But the zuchinni, beans, lettuce and carrots are gangbusters delicious.

I'm geting... just... exhausted from the two container tomatos wilting every day by the time I get home from work...either I need a serious SWC or I need to draught my 7 y/o son Logan to water them when I'm at work. This summer has been too warm/ hot for too many days.  Wow. I never thought I would type that phrase in Seattle.

The corn was still...lets say, "Not yet ripe" when I harvested them on Sunday.  I hence have added more organic fertilizer and will now try in another 7 days or so.  'Sunglow early Hybrid', feh!  Not so early I say.

Hows everybodys elses garden doing out there?  Sinfonian - where have ya been?

Cheers,

Jim

Indeterminate 'Big Boy' Hybrid.  A few have blossom rot - but the overwhelming majority are getting light yellow and orange so far. And good sized.  'Big Boy' is right.
